How I found music to be therapy for me

I don’t think I’ve ever shared this info publicly but after sharing a few weeks ago with the young person I’ve realised it’s important to share the point of which I knew for sure that music was therapy for me and how it lend to creating music with Jungle Brown before we had a name!
